Ipratropium bromide 21mcg/spray (180 metered doses).
Dosage
For Regular Use -
- Adults: Take 2 sprays into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily. 3 to 4 sprays into each nostril may be required by some patients initially to obtain maximum effect.
- Children over 12 years: 2 sprays into each nostril twice a day.
- For Symptomatic Relief of Rhinorrhoea Associated with the Common Cold - Adults: Initially 2 sprays into each nostril 3 to 4 times a day, followed by 2 additional sprays five minutes after the first sprays.

Warnings
Not to be used by children under 12 years of age,
