Description
The body converts Vitamin B6 into P-5-P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) before it can be used. This biologically active, coenzyme form of B6 promotes the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and amino acids.
P-5-P is one of Solgar’s premium-quality Vitamin B products and is specially coated to protect against degradation from stomach acids.

Dosage
