A traditional daily supplement combining Vitamins A and D with Omega-3 EPA and DHA in each softgel, sourced from Norwegian cod. The oil has been molecularly distilled to remove contaminants, and provides 375mcg Vitamin A (1250 IU) and 3.4mcg Vitamin D (135 IU) per softgel.

250 softgels — a generous supply for everyday use. Contains fish; not suitable for those with fish allergy. Take three softgels daily with food.

Active Ingredients

Each softgel contains: Cod (Fish) Liver Oil 462mg Vitamin A (1250 IU from cod (fish) liver oil and retinyl palmitate) 375 µgVitamin D (135 IU from cod (fish) liver oil and cholecalciferol) 3.4 µg

Softgel Capsule Shell: gelatin (from bovine), vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil).

Dosage

Take: One (1) softgel capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Warnings

Warning: Vitamin A - Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not exceed 300 micrograms (1000 IUs) per day.
