Dosage
Exfoliate, clean and dry your skin before use. Shake well. Direct the spray about 30cm away from the skin and spay in circular movements. If needed remove any excess with a tissue or spread evenly with hands. Wash hands immediately after use.

Self-Tanning Tips:
- Wait a few hours before swimming or showering.
- Reapply if a deeper tan is desired.
- Reapply every 3 days to maintain your tan.
