Now Pumpkin seed oil is a nutritional oil with essential fatty acids (EFAs) and phytosterols. 
Now Pumpkin Seed Oil is cold pressed without the use of solvents, and derived only from the highest quality non-GMO pumpkin seeds.

Natural color variation may occur in this product. 

Naturally occurring dark particulates may be visible in the pumpkin seed oil but do not affect the quality of the product.

The gel capsules are easy to swallow and have given me no side effects whatsoever ever. After 100 caps I have taken two caps at breakfast and two at lunch time. Benefits are a little hard to tell at this stage, Night time urinary trips seem to have decreased and my hair seems to be a little thicker but the latter may be wishful thinking. I will see how it goes with another 100 caps!
