Nicorette gum is a stop smoking aid that effectively relieves nicotine craving and withdrawal symptoms in smokers motivated to quit smoking, during times when smoking is not permitted and between cigarettes in smokers unable or unwilling to quit.

Active Ingredients
Each Nicorette gum contains 2mg Nicotine.
Dosage
Chew 8-12 pieces daily in divided doses. Maximum 24 x 2mg per day or 12 x 4mg per day. Correct chewing technique required. Refer product instructions.
To quit smoking: From weeks 1 to 12 use 1 piece when there is an urge to smoke and after 12 weeks gradually reduce to 1 to 2 pieces daily, then stop.
Warnings
Nicorette should not be used in hypersensitivity to nicotine, non-smokers, children.
Nicorette should be avoided with concomitant smoking, Peptic ulcer disease, Cardiovascular disease (including recent myocardial infarction), Diabetes, Hyperthyroidism, Phaeochromocytoma, Pregnancy or Nursing mothers
Adverse Effects
Nicorette may occasionally cause irritation of mouth and throat, Hiccups, Cough, Indigestion, Headache, Nausea, Vomiting.
