contains homoeopathic potencies of Arnica 60x, Hypericum 60x, Ignatia 60x, Phosphoric Acid 24x and Zinc Valeriana 12x.
Dosage
Acute: Use 2 sprays per dose orally at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required.
Chronic: Use 2 sprays orally 3 times a day as required.
Brilliant especially if you have a dose every 15 minutes or so until you can notice it's working. Very safe. Repetition of doses is good and helpful if and when it's needed. Very helpful for emotional and or physical shock or feelings of extreme stress.
