I have been using this product for years to help with sport related impact knocks & bruises and also for some arthritic pain. For me it's the best topical cream out there

warding off arthritis

It never ceases to amaze me how quickly arnica works on ache & pains.I've been using for my joints & the relief is near immediate. I've recently read also, that there is a belief that pain instigates arthristis in joints so hopefully this will ward off the effects of old age for a bit longer. Fingers crossed.
