Active Ingredients
Naprogesic contains Naproxen Sodium 275mg
Dosage
The dose of Naprogesic for headache,Fever, Minor aches and Pains is 1 to 2 Tablets initially with a glass of water, then 1 tablet every 8 to 12 hours up to a maximum of 3 Tablets in 24 hours.
For Pain with Inflammation,Musculoskeletal disorders, period pain take 2 tablets initially with a glass of water, then 1 Tablet every 6 to 8 hours up to a maximum of 5 Tablets in 24 hours.
For Migraines take 3 Naprogesic tablets with a glass of water, at the first sign of migraine.
Take 1 to 2 Naprogesic tablets throughout the day as necessary, but not within 30 minutes of the first dose, up to a maximum of 5 tablets in 24 hours.
Naprogesic is best taken with food.
Warnings
Naprogesic is unsuitable in Cardiac, renal or hepatic impairment, Asthma, Elderly, Pregnancy (especially last trimester), Lactation.
Patients experiencing dizziness or CNS disturbances should not drive or operate machinery.
Naprogesic is not suitable for Children under 12 Years of age.
Not for use if you are sensitive to Aspirin or Anti-inflammatories,or have a Stomach ulcer or are taking Anticoagulants
Adverse Effects
Naprogesic can cause Epigastric pain, Dyspepsia, Diarrhoea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Vertigo, Skin reactions, Hypersensitivity in some individuals.
