Each capsule contains:Ascorbic acid 100mg, Zinc sulphate 25mg, alpha tocopherol 400iu, folic acid 500ug, lycopene 6mg, garlic oil 333ug, selenium 26ug.
Men- Take one capsule daily with food, preferably for at least 90 days prior to planned conception.Continue taking menevit once daily as required or directed by doctor.
