DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Maintenance:
For a general tonic, add 2-3 teaspoons of Healtheries Apple Cider Vinegar to a glass of water, twice daily. Mix in honey to taste if desired.

For an orange vinaigrette salad dressing:
Combine, 1/3 cup fresh orange juice, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, and 1/4 cup Healtheries Apple Cider Vinegar together.
Honey can be added for sweetness. Allow to stand for one hour before serving.
