INGREDIENTS: Each Chewable Tablet contains:
- Sodium Ascorbate: 360mg
Equiv. to Vitamin C: 320mg - Ascorbic Acid: 187mg
Equiv. to Vitamin C: 180mg - Total Vitamin C: 500mg
- Mānuka Honey Powder: 50mg
- Citrus Bioflavonoids: 25mg
- Contains glucose, sucralose, natural lemon flavour. Contains tabletting aids.
CONTAINS NO ADDED: Artificial flavours or preservatives.
Store below 30˚C away from children.
Take in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet.

Dosage
Adults: Take 1-2 Chewable Tablets daily (maintenance). Adults: Can be increased to 1-2 Chewable Tablets 3 times daily (acute).
Children (aged 5+): Take 1 Chewable Tablet daily maintenance).
Children (aged 5+): Can be increased to 1 Chewable Tablet 2 times daily (acute). Can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach, or as directed by your Healthcare Professional. Vitamins and minerals are supplementary to and not a replacement for a balanced diet.
