Each capsule contains:
L-Methionine 250 mg L-Phenylalanine 150 mg L-Tyrosine 100 mg Vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 20 mg Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) 15 mg Folic Acid 150 mcg Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 25 mcg.
Also contains: Magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
No added: Dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.

Dosage

Adult: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food or as directed by a suitably qualified health professional

Warnings

Do not use this product while taking SSRI medication or other antidepressants unless under the supervision of a health professional.
Avoid in people with Phenylketonuria.
Avoid during pregnancy and lactation.
