Dosage
Gently massage on the affected area 3 – 4 times daily or as often as required.
It must never be used on the face or have contact with the eyes or mouth.
Ensure hands are washed thoroughly after each application.

We had been given a tube of Wild Ferns Rotorua Mud Heat Rub for a Birthday gift. And as I was running out decided to order some more. I think the Heat Rub is amazing and helps when we have aches and pains. The Heat Rub has an amazing smell with its Juniper Berry and Chamomile. I love the fact that it is New Zealand made too :)
