Arnica Liquid:
Contains: Arnica 30c
Arnica Cream:
Contains:
a mother tincture of the herb Arnica Montana 5%
in a non-greasy, paraben free, cream base.
Dosage
Arnica Liquid:
Acute: Take 4 drops per dose orally every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required.
Chronic: Take 4 drops per dose orally 3 times a day as required.
Arnica Cream:
Apply liberally to affected area 3 or 4 times a day as required but only where the skin remains unbroken.
