If you feel the cold during winter Take this Product and it will get your circulation working .Take them straight after you have had food or they can repeat on you if you leave it to long I've taken this type of product for years at the start of winter ,It even helps faster recovery if you had the winter flu or coldsThey say take 2 tablets 3 times a day after meals ,But I find if I take 2 after breakfast is sufficient for me
