Efanatal™ is a nutritional supplement which provides an ideal ratio of the long chain polyunsaturated (LCPs) essential fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (AA) for the health of both mother and baby. These fatty acids are both known to be essential to the development of brain, nerve and eye function in the growing foetus and infants.
