I was waking around 3 am almost every morning and not getting quality sleep. This became really annoying so I consulted Dr. Google and found that Adrenal problems could be the cause. I have been taking this product for 3 months now and it's been great. I have not woken in the early hours of the morning since and feel better for it. Haven't noticed a great change in energy but definitely sleep patterns so much better.
