Dosage

One 5ml teaspoon per day with Food

If you are starting Supplementation or you have had a long break and need to build the levels back up then take Three 5ml teaspoons per day for the first 12 Weeks, and then drop back to One 5ml teaspoon a day.

Suitable for 3 years to Adult. Infants aged 6 months to 3 years can take Eye Q Baby
