Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate threonate complex) 1000mg ,Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid)750mg, Vitamin C (Sodium ascorbate) 250mg,Vitamin B2 7mg,Citrus bioflavonoid complex 100mg, Rutin 100mg, Hesperidin 30mg.
Dosage
Adults:Take one measuring spoonful in water or juice daily.
Children 4-13 years: Take half a measuring spoonful daily.
Adverse Effects
Vitamin C is generally well-tolerated, however people with gastrointestinal sensitivities are advised to take Family C with food and lower the dose if bowel discomfort occurs.
