Iodine 5 mcg, Magnesium (as Magnesium amino acid chelate) 161 mg, Magnesium (as Magnesium aspartate dihydrate) 7.5 mg, Magnesium (as Magnesium orotate dihydrate) 6.4mg, Total elemental Magnesium 174.9 mg, Pyridoxine (Vit. B6) (as Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 24.7 mg. Contains tabletting aids and colouring substances.
Dosage
The dose of Thompsons Magnesium is : Adults - One tablet a day (between meals), or as professionally prescribed.
